So Who Am? Well… I am a native Rhode Islander, always had a love for outside, the coastline and anything outdoors. For health and fitness, what can I say? Well, honestly I always wanted to look like celebrities… I was a gym lover and used to do all the wrong things I could (yes, I had no one to really shadow)… and there came a moment!
When I was 22 years old, I was involved in an accident that left me severely injured, broken hip, broken shoulder, with lacerations to my face and my internal organs. By all accounts, what I went through should have killed me. This was a head-on accident which an SUV pushed me through the driver side into the passenger side.
I fought my way back to health and went on to become stronger than ever. After a long time of hitting the gym and not seeing results, I invested time in learning how to work out, build muscle, and get into shape the right way. Was it hard yes? Was it painful? DAM STRAIGHT! I fight through the PAIN daily and still to continue this battle.
Everything since then has been history, shaping me into the trainer I am today. So, believe me when I say I know what a fight looks like. I know what struggle is. I might not be fighting your battle, and I can’t fight it for you. But, I can give you the tools that you need to win and stand beside you every step of the way to make sure that you don’t get knocked out.
Struggles? I get you. Been married, divorced, broke as no joke, worked the corporate ladder and then some. I know how awful those dating sites are and how people be out there. CHIN UP! It always can be worse.
Since my struggles I have doubled my ambitions, I regularly compete in different bodybuilding competitions, including figure, bikini as well as power lifting. I LOVE to learn new things and push my body to the next level, even with my injuries.
I push myself everyday and I hope to push any of my clients.
My passion is to make people’s lives better.

What most “lose-weight-quick” schemes have in common is that they exclude all the important details. Have you ever looked at the fine print on any of these websites or products? No? Then go check them out. I’m 99% sure they say something like, “results may vary. Works when combined with a healthy diet and exercise regime.” Wait, what? That’s not exactly what they advertised is it?
You can be sure that what I’m advertising is true because I’m going to keep it real with you: I’m not offering the gimmicks, the scams, or the shams. I’m offering you the opportunity to do hard work and learn how to change your body the RIGHT WAY.
I offer you the service that others put in their fine print. I can show you how to boost your fitness levels and do the right kinds of exercises so that you can shape and mold your body the way you want to. I have years of experience in healthy eating and working out, getting both myself and my clients into proper, healthy form. And, I can do the same thing for you if you’re willing to work with me.
The truth is: the hardest part of any workout regime is getting started–especially if you have no idea how to. Even if you manage to go online and find all kinds of recommended exercises that you’re “supposed” to do, doing them without the help of a professional can be ineffective and even damaging, as you may do the exercises without proper form. And, when you don’t see the results you want, you’re likely to give up.
That’s where I come in. I know what it takes to get your body into shape. Even more importantly, I know how to motivate you so that you can take each and every step along your weight-loss journey.
