Don’t have time to meet up with a trainer every week? No problem I have you covered! With Online Coaching the same 1-on-1 approach can be directed to you as with in-person training; but with other alternative to get the best results possible.Diet and a fitness plan will be provided after a full evaluation through email and a skype call.

1-on-1 Personal Training.Southeastern CT/RI start off with your current fitness level and understand fully what your goals and motivator, whether you want to fit into a pair of jeans, get ready for a mud run or just to get more fit,I have you covered

Group Training – On site Southeastern CT/RI

Love to work but really want to bring a friend? Sure! The more the merrier. Southeastern group training is way more fun than going at it alone. Once I have back, we are rock and rollin’!

Yes, I’ve been there, working out all hours of the day and night hoping to get some effective results. I have trained for figure and bikini competitions and I know my share of what is out there! I researched and figured out the rue secrets – the secrets that really work! Now, however, I run a business, I run my household, keep pets, and have a healthy social life. Life is busy… but your health and body goals don’t have to cut anything else out.
